All electric toothbrushes and water flossers sold by XO Mart come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

What's covered

• Motor or charging faults
• Battery not holding a charge under normal use
• Manufacturing defects present at time of purchase

What's not covered

• Normal wear and tear on brush heads or flosser tips
• Damage from misuse, drops, or water exposure beyond the product's rating
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

How to claim your warranty

Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo or short video if possible. We'll confirm the fastest way to get it repaired or replaced.
